The City of University City recently welcomed two new team members whose work will strengthen community connections and support residents across generations. At SHED, we’re excited to work with Linda Pritchard and Steven Franklin and look forward to the positive impact they’ll make on our city.
Steven Franklin
3rd Ward Revitalization Coordinator
Steven leads initiatives to strengthen housing, support local businesses, and revitalize neighborhoods throughout the 3rd Ward. He brings a wealth of experience to this role, having previously helped advance small business growth and community development projects as an Economic Development Specialist with the U.S. Small Business Administration in San Francisco. Earlier in his career, Steven served as Executive Director of the Minority Supplier Development Council in St. Louis and held key business development roles with several Fortune 500 companies.
Linda Pritchard
Senior Services Coordinator
Linda Pritchard serves as the Senior Services Coordinator for the City of University City, where she develops engaging programs that enhance the lives of older adults through connection, culture, and community. With a background as a soft skills and etiquette strategist, Linda creates experiences that foster dignity, learning, and belonging for all participants.
