Crest Avenue: From Vision to Reality

Our first home on Crest Avenue marked an exciting milestone for SHED. What began as a vacant lot became a beautiful, energy-efficient home for a first-time homeowner, demonstrating the impact thoughtful community development can have on both families and neighborhoods.

This project was made possible through the collaboration of local partners, financial supporters, volunteers, and community leaders who share SHED’s vision of expanding affordable homeownership.
