Thank you once again to everyone who attended or participated in SHED’s 2026 Housing Fair! Held in April at Refresh Community Church, the annual event brought together banks, lenders, and community organizations to connect residents with the resources they need to achieve and maintain homeownership.
Whether buying a first home, financing repairs, improving their credit, or planning for the future, attendees had the opportunity to meet one-on-one with trusted partners and walk away with practical tools to move forward with confidence.
We were also honored to welcome St. Louis County Council Chair Rita Heard Days and School District of University City Superintendent Dr. Sharonica L. Hardin-Bartley and are grateful for their continued leadership in advancing affordable housing, expanding workforce opportunities in the skilled trades, and strengthening our community.
